TWIN PEAKS JOB DESCRIPTION: JANITOR / BUSSER GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB This job requires the Twin Peaks Janitor, Busser to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized. THE UNIFORM * Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. To clean and organize storage room. Unload and store supplies and deliveries. Raises and lowers flags at start and end of workday. Performs minor maintenance on appliances, as abilities allow. Performs related work as required. Physical Requirements Must be physically able to operate vacuum cleaners, carpet shampooers, brooms, mops, leaf blowers, etc. Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to push, pull, and carry or otherwise move objects. Requires climbing, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and repetitive motion. May require working on ladders. Requires the ability to coordinate hands and eyes rapidly and accurately in using janitorial equipment. Requires the ability to handle a variety of items such as janitorial equipment. Must have minimal levels of eye/hand/foot coordination. Requires the ability to talk and hear: (Talking: expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words.
