Performs general, routine custodial duties, to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and restocking supplies.
Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal.
May assist with minor maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, or other similar activities.
Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies.
Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff.
May assist with unlocking or locking the facility.
May assist with interaction with vendors related to maintenance issues.

Work Schedule/Availability:
This is a part-time position of approximately 20-25 hours per week. Must be able to work weekdays, with occasional weekend hours. Work hours are negotiable.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as custodian, janitor, housekeeper and/or maintenance person required.
