TWIN PEAKS JOB DESCRIPTION: JANITOR / BUSSER GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB This job requires the Twin Peaks Janitor, Busser to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized.
THE UNIFORM
* Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
* Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat.
* Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed, but must be maintained.
* Fingernails must be kept trimmed.
* Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in ears, face, around the neck or wrists.
* Head phones or ear buds are not to be worn.
* Clean non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of a Twin Peaks Janitor / Busser include, but are not limited to:
* Adhering to uniform standards

We are looking for you to
Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces
Gather and empty trash
Supply, clean and service restrooms
Mix various cleaning agents according to specifications
Move heavy equipment, objects or furniture
Identify and report possible repairs
Possible floor work applicable (steam clean carpets, apply wax, buff, etc)
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must haves:
Physical stamina and dexterity
Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff
Reliable transportation
Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
Ability to demonstrate professionalism

TC Services, a national leader in the commercial cleaning industry, is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Cleaning Associates in Orangeburg, SC. We are a CIMS certified janitorial company located in Greenville, South Carolina. We appreciate your interest in joining TC Services and look forward to considering you for this position.
Position Details
Shift: 1) Monday-Friday, 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Location: Orangeburg, SC
Pay Rate: $10 per hour, paid weekly

Job Responsibilities:
Perform general janitorial duties, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning
Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned during training
Requirements:
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Must complete the E-Verify process
Ability to carry 10 lbs on your back for at least 1 hour and perform repetitive push/pull motions for cleaning with out assistance
Must be at least 21 years old
