As a Cleaning Room Technician, you will work in a controlled and strictly regulated clean‐room environment to clean, inspect, label, and package precision parts. Your responsibilities include submerging parts into solvent tanks (degreaser, alkaline, acid), rinsing, blow‐drying, hand wiping, and ensuring that parts meet quality specifications. You will also inspect assemblies, label, vacuum-seal and package finished components, follow detailed cleaning and assembly instructions ("copy-exact" procedures), and maintain compliance with all clean‐room protocols and production schedules. Ensure that the daily production schedule is completed; perform a mix of stationary (at cleaning tank) and non‐stationary (material handling, inspection, packaging) functions.
