As a team member of the Maintenance team, the Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency within an industrial environment. This role goes beyond basic janitorial duties, involving specialized cleaning tasks, minor maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and productive workplace within AMSOIL standards. This position reports to the AMSOIL Center in Superior, Wisconsin and has a core work schedule of Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. Core Responsibilities: General Cleaning Sweep, mop, vacuum and scrub floors in production areas, warehouses, offices, and common spaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and commons areas.
