Please note: Although this opportunity is listed as "virtual" for flexibility, all cleanups are in-person events conducted at various outdoor locations across San Diego County.
ILACSD will host the entire event, providing everything needed to make it a seamless experience, from supplies to coordination. Under the direction of the Lead Custodian, the incumbent will provide support for the daily custodial maintenance and operation of all facilities at Naval Air Station North Island/San Clemente. Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Able to do a variety of tasks on any single day.
* Plan, organize work, and meet all deadlines.
* Incumbent will clean and sanitize rest room facilities and related fixtures, including drinking fountains, refrigerated water coolers, custodial mop sinks, rest room sinks, urinals, and toilets: replenish supplies in restrooms, etc.
* Responsible to sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip and polish floors and equipment.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Empty, collect and dispose of trash, as necessary.
Vacuums floor coverings and upholstered furniture.
Mixes water and chemical concentrates in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Cleans and polishes surfaces as necessary including but not limited to, vinyl, plastic, furniture, fixtures, desks, pictures, ledges, walls, machines, blinds, and other related surfaces.

Steam-cleans or shampoos carpets using bulky power equipment.
As necessary continually communicates with supervisor regarding any repairs/or maintenance, supplies and equipment needed to support established procedures and protocols.
Sets up, arranges, and removes tables, chairs, and other items used to prepare facilities/rooms for events such as banquets and meetings.
Packs and unpacks fixtures, furniture and equipment of varying weights and sizes.
Inventories and restocks storage areas in a variety of locations throughout the Institute.
Loads fixtures, furniture and equipment onto trucks or carts for transport.

Assist building management with priority projects, which may include floor refinishing, moving furniture, upholstery cleaning, set-up and break down of events.
Assist the UCSLP management team with service to guests.
Duties may include room set-ups, public relations, refuse removal, and other duties as assigned.

Position Summary
Echelon Services is seeking a SIPR Custodian I (Secretary III) to provide on-site classified administrative support and day-to-day stewardship of Secret Internet Protocol Router Network spaces, equipment, media, and documentation. The custodian will maintain visitor control, assist with account lifecycle actions, coordinate trouble tickets, support inventories and end-of-day checks, and produce accurate records that meet DoD and Navy standards. Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accountability for SIPR spaces and workstations; perform and document SF-701 and SF-702 open and close checks and report discrepancies promptly.
• Control access to classified areas; verify clearances and visit authorizations and maintain visitor logs in accordance with local policy.
• Support SIPR account lifecycle coordination with government leads and service desks; assist with requests, activations, transfers, and deactivations per approved procedures.
• Initiate and track trouble tickets for SIPR hardware, peripherals, and network issues; coordinate with government support elements to resolve and document outcomes.
• Label, handle, and store classified media and documents in accordance with policy; support inventories, container checks, and combination change documentation.
• Prepare, edit, and route correspondence, taskers, and meeting materials; capture minutes and action items and follow through to closure.
• Maintain orderly records and knowledge repositories; keep rosters, trackers, SOPs, and checklists current and version controlled.
• Schedule and coordinate visits, escorts, and meetings; manage calendars and conference room logistics.
• Assist with recurring training rosters, read-and-sign acknowledgments, and awareness postings in SIPR spaces.
• Support periodic inspections and data calls by gathering documentation, correcting minor findings, and tracking remediation actions to completion.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and safeguard CUI and classified materials at all times.
