The work you'll do positively impacts everyone. You'll work in an office building and on a manufacturing floor, performing a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking great. __________ Key Responsibilities Clean designated building areas (production and office areas), following all safety regulations. This includes employee lunchrooms, bathrooms, and general office areas. Refill restroom and breakroom supplies when needed. Empty trash and recycling. Minor outdoor clean-up as needed (blowing leaves, etc.) Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as assigned Notify management of any occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs __________ Qualifications Required: Prior custodial experience Ability to handle equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, familiarity with Material Safety Data sheets High level of integrity and the ability to work independently, positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write and understand English Preferred: * Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred __________ Physical Requirements Required: Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Picking, Grasping, Feeling, Talking, Hearing, Repetitive Motions Close visual acuity Subject to noise, hazards, and oils.
