The following position is to join our Enterprise Services team: The Facilities Custodian will be responsible for providing custodial and cleaning services for the site. Employees in this job class perform a variety of functions to ensure facilities are clean and free of safety hazards. What will you do: * Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, polishing, mopping, scrubbing, removing trash, and other duties necessary to maintain good housekeeping in office areas. * Cleans and maintains clean rooms to government and/or required specifications. * Moving and lifting objects up to 75 pounds. * Work Days/Hours: M-F 6am - 2:30pm Qualifications you must have: * Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or AA degree or other 2 year post high school vocational/technical education training with a minimum of 2 years experience including some commercial experience to include the following custodial work: * Stripping, waxing, and polishing floors. * Cleaning and carpeted areas. * Must be willing and able to work shift hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Local) on Monday through Friday . * Must be able to work from oral and written instructions. * Must have a valid driver's Texas license.
