Primary Job Duties: The Cleaning Technician position will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following: * Trash and waste disposal and re-line trash bins as needed. * Clean interior and exterior building entrance areas. * Dust and wipe railings, door handles, tables, furniture, partitions, walls, etc. * Clean glass cases, mirrors, and windows. * Disinfect all touch points throughout the facility. * Vacuum, clean, shampoo carpeted areas. * Sweep and mop hard surface flooring. * Clean and vacuum elevator and tracks. * Replenish bathroom supplies such as toilet tissue, seat covers, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, etc. * Polish chrome and stainless-steel fixtures and touch points. * Deep clean bathrooms, café, and other public areas. * Maintain equipment and storage areas in good working conditions. * Respond to spills or other hazards that may cause injuries to people or property. * Additional duties or projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: * Experience: At least one (1) year of janitorial experience preferred. * Experience working in a professional sports environment preferred; but not required. * Effective communication and the ability to always work well with others. * Capacity to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision. * Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, walk up and down stairs and ladders. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Flexibility to work events and evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs. * Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
