Night Custodian Description:
Custodians are responsible to clean all areas of the commissary to include the Sales Floor, Warehouse, Office Areas and Meat room. To ensure we meet the quality standards all the tasks -have been broken down and assigned a frequency. The frequencies are Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual. Below is a brief description of the areas and types of cleaning to be expected.
Vacuum all carpets.
Dust window ledges.
Clean Window and Door glass.
Empty trash.
Mop floors where applicable.
Dust walls and fixtures up to 8ft high.
Clean and Sanitize Counter tops.
Empty and Clean Refrigerators as required.
Clean Micro-Waves.
Sweep and Mop Floors,
Strip/Wax VCT when required.
Burnish VCT tile
Requirements:
Attention to detail a must.
Needs to be dependable.
Should be comfortable around customers.
Work in a team environment.
Familiar with Chemical Safety Data Sheets.
Should have ability to stand for extended periods of time.
The job is on Military Facility; a Back Ground Investigation will be completed.
