Clean areas 30+ feet high (such as ceilings, vents, light fixtures, walls, pool area lights, etc.) and other areas needing ladders over 6-feet or the use of a mechanical lift
Clean carpets, upholstered areas and hard surface floors
Set-up, repair and perform preventive maintenance on department equipment

Available Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. (Part-Time)
This position is responsible for cleaning and servicing designated areas according to the established procedures, area of responsibility and other assignments necessary to perform as assigned by the supervisor or lead. Follow proper cleaning methods, utilizing equipment for each situation, based on training, to ensure the campus maintains a healthy, safe, and sanitary environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
General cleaning of area(s) of responsibility including waste removal, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, detail cleaning of restrooms, entries, common areas, wall washing, Kivac as needed, spot cleaning walls, staircases, dust mop, and mop or auto scrub floors.

Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation chemicals and their proper use.
Experience using personal protective equipment and powered cleaning equipment, aerial lifts.

Shift will be 12:00pm - 8:30pm. PURPOSE: Maintain the cleanliness of Mall of America while providing a memorable guest experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Clean restrooms including sinks, toilets, mirrors, walls, floors and assist with stocking of supplies.
Wash walls, pillars, and clean entrance and common area glass.
Clean seating areas, escalators, railings, and drinking fountains.
Clean elevators involving cleaning an enclosed space.
Responsible for organizing and transporting a cleaning supply cart.
Patrol common areas during mall hours, clean spills, pick up litter, remove stickers and gum.
Provide directions and assistance when guests ask.
Vacuum and extract carpeted areas.
Sweep and wet mop common area floors and stairwells.
Empty trash containers
Bring trays back to food court tenants.
Ensure the overall safety and cleanliness of the work area and surrounding areas.
Provide outstanding internal and external guest service.
Assist with set up and take down of events.
Clean all hand sanitizer units
Regular, reliable and consistent attendance
Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Basic written and verbal communication
Ability to work variable and /or rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
