Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.
Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.
Follow “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.
Qualifications/Requirements
Custodial experience is preferred.

Job Summary:
The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities. This includes performing daily cleaning tasks, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good condition, and providing a positive experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of gym facilities including the cardio area, weight room, locker rooms, and bathrooms.
Follow a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Detail gym equipment, including treadmills, bikes, and other fitness machines.
Ensure bathrooms are fully stocked with toilet paper and seat covers.
Sweep, vacuum, and mop areas as needed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Check and clean the parking lot, ensuring it is free of debris and hazards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
Assist in special cleaning projects and tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, ideally in a gym or fitness facility.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a checklist.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate weights as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.
Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.

Summary Description: The Custodian at Grow Academy is responsible to schedule, coordinate and perform routine and ongoing custodial maintenance of the Academy and immediately surrounding property. Clean and mop assigned areas daily
Clean, mop and stock restrooms as needed
Dust horizontal surfaces 2-3 times per week

Lock and unlock assigned buildings; secure buildings when facilities are not in use, checking for unlocked doors and windows; turn off lights
Keep grounds free from trash and litter
Report needed repairs to supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
