The Maintenance Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of Banner's Brooklyn Park facility.
This position reports to Facilities Manager.

What You'll Be Doing
Cleaning assigned buildings, including, but not limited to: vacuuming, cleaning windows, dusting, sweeping and washing floors, and disposing of trash
Stocking and restocking lunchroom consumables: utensils, napkins, plates
Occasional bathroom cleaning due to issues
Setting up and moving work areas as needed
Hauling and disposing of recycle products (cardboard, plastic) to their appropriate locations.
Removing snow and ice from sidewalks
Exterior maintenance, including picking up litter
Other duties as assigned

Position Summary
We are seeking a janitorial professional to complete cleaning, groundskeeping and some light maintenance work at Chicago Avenue and Buri Manor in Minneapolis, MN. This position will be part of a larger team of four properties in Downtown Minneapolis and will support the team as needed.
