Job Summary
The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.
Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.
Follow “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.
Qualifications/Requirements
Custodial experience is preferred.
Punctuality and reliability is a must.
Ability to work third shift is a must.
Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Clean event spaces before, during, and after events.

Summary of Position
The Facilities Custodian is responsible for the safe and productive working conditions at Silfab Solar by maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-maintained workplace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Cleans, sanitizes and stocks paper supplies in restrooms, break room and common areas.
Sweeps and mops restrooms, break room, common areas, other areas as needed.
Disposes of trash and recyclables from restrooms, break room, common areas, and production line in accordance with Toward Zero Waste regulations
Processing materials for packaging reuse program, including repetitive sorting, vacuuming, and brushing of the module corner protector pieces; and packaging the pieces into boxes for reuse.
Outside grounds maintenance includes trash pickup, ground drain cleaning & sweeping of walkways & shipping areas.
Ensures that the parking lot is free of litter and debris.
Ensure that sanitation and quality standards are being met.
Ability to follow directions closely.
Working knowledge of cleaning products for effective and safe use
Other duties as assigned by management which may include sweeping & mopping warehouses
