Most of our jobs are second shift and 3-4 hours a night Monday through Friday. Schedules do not change. Once hired your manager can give you more hours, if you want them.

While our cleaning jobs are not too strenuous, you will move consistently for the duration of the job; walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds. Job Duties:
· Grounds Maintenance: Perform routine groundskeeping duties such as lawn care, building and yard painting, trailer sweeping, and fence repair.
· Facility Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse dock, yard, and parking lot areas.
· Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and fluid level checks on forklift equipment.
· Inventory Support: Assist with the stocking of incoming supplies.
· General Labor: Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Available Shift:
1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
$16/hour to start

Summary: Under the direct supervision of the project manager, the position performs daily, weekly and periodical cleaning of commercial, industrial, or office building.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Cleans sweeps and mops floors as required by cleaning schedule.
Washes mirrors, stalls, walls, sinks and baseboards as described in cleaning contract.
Vacuums, shampoos and scrubs carpets.
Conducts periodic buffing, stripping and waxing of floors.
Cleans water fountains, telephone booths, astray, and janitorial closets.
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or general education equivalent.
Requires 6 months experience in janitorial/custodial field (or completion of a janitorial/custodial- training program)
