The Public Area Cleaner is responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and cleaning functions throughout all areas of the facility to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers, fellow team members and other visitors; and performing tasks as assigned in compliance with all department and company rules, regulations, procedures, internal control and safety regulations. Essential Duties: Assemble necessary materials and supplies from storeroom. Clean assigned areas by washing furnishings and equipment, mopping floors, using special solutions and disinfectants. Vacuum carpets in offices, guest areas and in the back-of-house. Clean with disinfectant throughout the facility. Comply with all department and company rules, regulations, procedures, internal control and safety regulations. Perform assigned tasks in a timely manner including all heavy and high cleaning assignments. Upon completion of shift, return all equipment to storeroom.
