Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or carry up to 60 pounds, in a range of motion from floor to overhead, and move heavy objects regularly; Ability to push or pull using force up to 20 pounds constantly; Ability to use arms and hands for simple grasping, pushing, or pulling frequently; Ability to stand or walk 2 to 6 hours at one time per day, for a total of 6 to 8 hours per day; Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach or lift overhead occasionally; Ability to climb stairs or ladders, work at varying heights, and work outdoors in a variety of environmental conditions; Ability to work in multi-story buildings without elevators; transport and operate powered machines regularly.
