Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Custodian to join our evening team. Responsibilities include bathroom cleaning, floor sweeping/mopping, trash removal, and dusting. Full Duties/Responsibilities: Effectively and cost-efficiently execute the cleaning plan for the building. Ensure that cleaning schedules are followed, and tasks are completed efficiently. Consistently provide a clean, secure, and safe environment for the occupants of the facility. Perform cleaning tasks which will include trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and restroom cleaning. Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes. Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, cafeteria, and daycare. Performs limited ground maintenance such as sweeping, leaf blowing, and light snow removal from sidewalks. Maintain a neat and orderly supply room and office; ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked. Clean windows and smudges from the walls as needed. Maintain safety standards at all time, report deficiencies to the Project Manager. Performs other related duties as assigned.
