The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.
Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.
Follow “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.
Qualifications/Requirements
Custodial experience is preferred.
Punctuality and reliability is a must.

Physical Requirements

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with a positive impression of Cabarrus Arena & Events Center by cleaning and maintaining the facility and assisting guests as appropriate. This position is expected to work cohesively with all employees of Cabarrus Arena & Events Center in order to maintain a superior level of guest service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean event spaces before, during, and after events.
Effectively and efficiently respond to custodial calls during and after events.
Calls should be acknowledged and closed in a timely manner.
Assist with pre/post event cleaning and janitorial tasks including, but not limited to: sanitizing and disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, recycling and sorting materials, vacuuming, floor care, carpet care such as stain removal and window washing.
