The individual must possess good hmnan relations skill, strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with people at different organizational levels both inside and outside the agency. The individual must have well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to develop conceptual alternatives. Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles along with the willingness to incorporate them into existing practices. The individual must have own transportation, a clean driving record and verification of insurance. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School graduate or G.E.D. required. Progressive experience in the field of sanitation engineering and at least one (I) year experience as a general Custodian. WORKING CONDITIONS Works in office areas as well as throughout the facility. Sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during working hours. Interacts with clients and staff under all conditions and circumstances. All employees before beginning the job must pass a background check through the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Magdala House is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
