Capable of learning how to operate equipment and learn various cleaning methods. Ability to use all required safety and personal protective equipment (including respiratory protection). Ability to work overtime as required and to respond to emergency calls after working hours. Must have excellent attendance and work record; perform all work in strict accordance with accepted trade practices, code requirements, and all safety and good housekeeping requirements. Must be highly reliable and capable of working independently and without full-time supervision. Demonstration of customer service orientation with emphasis on positive attitude.
