A day in the life:
A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning, including cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting, polishing, and other assigned items/areas. We have multiple shifts available as well as both full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.
What you'll do as an Exceptional Team Member
Responsible for all basic cleaning
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly
Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Performs additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns

* Identify supplies for reordering monthly. Avoid excessive stockpiles.
* Inspect areas for cleanliness, facility deficiencies or mechanical failures, and other inappropriate conditions. Submit work orders for deficient/defective items.
* Professionally and thoroughly addresses customer complaints.
* Coordinate all work with building occupants or others as required.

Required Qualifications
* Knowledge of the materials, methods, equipment, and practices used in related custodial operations such as floor care, restroom service, trash and recycling collection and disposal, laundry distribution, window washing and glass care, snow removal, event set ups, dusting, mopping, vector control, etc.

Under close supervision of the Systems Manager or other supervisory/management-level position, responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment within the Distribution Center, primarily in the warehouse.This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements.
Location: Onsite in Elizabethtown, PA
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for sweeping and mopping the floors in the warehouse, keeping the warehouse premises in a clean and orderly condition.
Regularly empties and replaces all trash bags and receptacles in the warehouse.
Moves trash from trash conveyor to trash compactor.
Assists with Maintenance-related responsibilities as assigned by the Systems Manager.
Responsible for picking up garbage around the outside of the Distribution Center.
Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Normally requires less than one (1) year of equivalent work experience.
