This position performs routine custodial duties, project work, setups, moves, responds to urgent requests, and minor maintenance and repairs. Custodians are required to complete daily assigned work areas. Floor surfaces are carpet, tile, concrete, terrazzo, wood, and concrete. This essential function is assigned on an as needed basis, but tasks could be required on a daily basis when numerous departments are relocating with deadlines. WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week; 5 consecutive days. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 6:00 pm - 2:30 am. COMPENSATION: Salary range 34. Beginning salary is $45,732 annually, with progressive increases to $46,596, plus a full state benefits package, which includes tuition waivers for college classes, medical, dental, retirement options and more.
