Assists maintenance mechanics and other team members in project work set-up, specific repair work and area clean up in support of various repair and project jobs. e. Operates various types of equipment and machinery which includes: hand trucks, vacuum cleaners, carpet shampoo machine, floor buffer/polisher, steam cleaner, washing machine and dryer, cleaning agent pumps, etc, Uses small hand tools including: screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, drills, saws, and related equipment. 3.
