Performs routine custodial work to maintain cleanliness of assigned area or building(s). Work involves cleaning and caring for dorms and apartments and surrounding premises; maintaining custodial tools and equipment; requesting supplies; performing minor building and equipment repairs and other related duties. Works under moderate supervision.
