QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.).
One year related experience preferred.
BCII/FBI.
Those possessing or willing to attain CDL/bus driver certification are appreciated.

Ability to learn proper use of materials, methods, and practices used in cleaning operations.
Frequent requirement to lift, carry, push and pull various supplies and materials to a maximum of 60 pounds, e.g., unloading trucks, carrying copier paper, pushing trash cart, salt and pails, and snow removal.
Painting skills preferred.
Class B CDL license with school bus and passenger endorsement preferred, or the ability to obtain one.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and building occupants.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs manual cleaning tasks to agency facilities, buildings and properties. Mops, sweeps and buffs floors; vacuums and shampoos carpets; dusts furniture; cleans restroom, elevators, doors, lights, floors, laundry rooms and other common
