Job Description:
Electrical engineers are responsible for designing and preparing technical electrical drawings, PLC programming and Bill of Materials.
Responsible for the design and layout of custom equipment and field installed projects. They will be required to select components and materials needed to meet customer specific project requirements. The ability to communicate overall project concepts, layouts and component designs via complete drawing packages and submittal book data is the primary responsibility of engineering staff personnel.

Specify electrical inter-connections
Electrical back-pan detailed layouts
Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to prepare drawings, AUTO-CAD electrical
Create and store drawings electronically
Prepare variations of design
Explain concepts to customers, fabrication and installation workers
Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications

Education and Experience

About this role
As a Senior Field Engineer, you will be crucial to ALC's business through the field commissioning of building automation systems created specifically for each individual customer. As a Branch Associate you will complete sales deliveries/pickups/customer service calls per the Branch Procedure book to build Spot Coolers reputation as the best company in the business. About this role
This position is for a Rental HVAC Branch Associate who is under moderate supervision. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and issues, determining technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommending actions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Extensive Driving to multiple customer sites daily.
Job site deliveries, pick-ups and equipment installation of new/rental portable A/C and Heating equipment.

Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications and recommends solutions to customers.

Complete and submit all required paperwork - order write-ups, rental/sales agreements per policy.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years customer Service
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
Ability to climb 10ft ladder.

About this role:
Carrier Commercial Service is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical focused on data centers. This role is responsible for the startup, commissioning, and warranty management of Carrier air- and water-cooled chillers. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, commissioning authorities, general contractors, and subcontractors.
The job site is located in El Paso, Texas. However, travel from a nearby regional home location is acceptable-for example, San Antonio; Dallas; Albuquerque; etc. Please note that extensive travel, with several months spent on-site at the project jobsite, is required if the employee is not located in El Paso.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Management
Lead startup, commissioning, and warranty processes for Carrier air- and water-cooled chillers in newly constructed data centers.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
Track and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project success.
Conduct work in progress meetings with stakeholders, addressing design, material delivery, and labor schedules.
Ensure all projects meet or exceed booked profit margin goals.
Work with project coordination to order and track all chiller parts needing to be ordered for warranty execution.
Stakeholder & Customer Coordination
Collaborate with sales, prime contractors, and end-users to fulfill project scope and deliverables.
Serve as the primary liaison representing Carrier between the customer, commissioning authority (CxA), general contractor, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and project progression.
Provide professional, timely resolution for customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction with all aspects of project execution.
Technical Expertise & Compliance
Interpret and apply mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Ensure adherence to industry codes, standards, and project specifications.
Working knowledge of Building Automation System (BAS) integration, ensuring proper controls functionality.
Manage the change order process, preventing scope creep and maintaining project integrity.
Financial & Operational Oversight
Accurately forecast monthly revenue by estimating project completion costs
Manage project documentation, including warranty processing and factory-generated service information in collaboration with our Service Engineering team

Required Qualifications:

Job Description:
Reporting to and under the general direction and training of their Supervisor, the HVAC Testing Technician plays a crucial role in performing all aspects of job responsibilities in a safe, satisfactory, and timely manner to meet scheduled deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute all phases of work, coordinating with other disciplines/departments, to start and test units and systems, ensuring trouble-free reliable operation.
Conduct pre-startup work, including reviewing design engineering drawings, bill of materials, various checklists, and loading PLC or VFD programs.
Check and document the integrity of all components and their installation before connecting power and energizing each unit.
Document and perform various checks upon energizing equipment, including motor rotational check, belt and alignment checks, refrigerant charge optimization, and control sequences of operation.
Proactively identify and resolve errors, omissions, and deficiencies before Quality Control and/or field commissioning processes.
Provide technical assistance to operators and owners regarding the installation, startup, and operation of Factory HVAC systems.
Assist in training other technicians and staff when applicable.
Prepare records and reports describing procedures, actions taken, and recommended solutions.
Submit requests for supplies and equipment.
Respond to emergency warranty service repair requests.
Enforce sound safety and housekeeping practices, following safety rules/procedures.
Review safety procedures before beginning each job with known hazards.
Establish good relationships and credibility with customers.
Manage time, priorities, and expenses effectively.
Drive and safely maintain an assigned Company vehicle, and travel to the site as assigned.
Special Skills:
Ability to work safely with live rotating equipment and high voltage up to 600 volts.
Familiarity with Class 1 Div 2 standards and work practices regarding HVAC systems (preferred).
Knowledge of Industrial Plant work practices regarding Safety, LOTO, work permitting, etc. (preferred).

About this Role
The Business Development Leader - VRF will manage and grow Carrier's Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) business in North America. This position requires a strategic, results-oriented leader who will lead the existing sales team to drive market share growth, achieve annual sales plans, forecast product needs and market trends, enhance channel relationships, and maximize the growth of the VRF business.
The candidate is expected to have an understanding of the HVAC industry, VRF products, and a proven track record in sales. This role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external partners across the U.S. and Canada, focusing on delivering top-tier VRF solutions to residential and commercial customers, national and strategic accounts.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve all VRF growth objectives including quarterly and annual sales goals as well as market share targets across in the U.S. and Canada. Participate in strategic pricing and margin maximization decisions.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance team of direct regional sales managers through coaching, accountability, and development initiatives.
Drive execution and collaboration across internal and external teams including direct sales, distribution, manufacturing reps, and Carrier Commercial Services. Ensure alignment across all channels and stakeholders to deliver effective customer solutions and achieve sustained growth.
Work collaboratively with Product Management and S&OE internal teams to communicate product needs as well as demand forecasts.
Participate in passport meetings and contribute to ensure smooth product launches.
Provide strategic insights including market trends, competitor insights, and customer demands.
Monitor and report sales performance by leveraging data and market insights to refine strategies, enhance processes, and address underperformance, ensuring sustained growth.

Required Qualifications
