Job Description:
Electrical engineers are responsible for designing and preparing technical electrical drawings, PLC programming and Bill of Materials.
Responsible for the design and layout of custom equipment and field installed projects. They will be required to select components and materials needed to meet customer specific project requirements. The ability to communicate overall project concepts, layouts and component designs via complete drawing packages and submittal book data is the primary responsibility of engineering staff personnel.

Job Description:
Work directly under the field supervisor to provide demand service to CAPS Industrial and Commercial Customers. Primarily responsible for performing troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of comfort and process classified and non-classified HVAC/R equipment including refrigeration, ice machines, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, chillers, rental equipment, VFD's, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, pressurizers, pneumatic controls, steam heating, dehumidifiers and humidifiers.
Job Duties:
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various classified and non-classified heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment in an industrial environment.
Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer's recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issue is and what is needed to correct.
Document equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, equipment number, building served, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
Provide effective and efficient solutions to customers' needs/demands.
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, estimating, supervisors and management.
Travel to job sites and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service the emergency needs of our customers.
Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection form.
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
Work within a field service software app and be able to navigate through basic computer skills.
Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.

Certification Required:

Knowledgeable of Industrial HVAC Equipment such as DX, Water Cooled Chill Water, Air Pressurization and Scrubber Systems as well as Energy management controls both Pneumatic and Digital Controls.
Knowledge of Industrial safety requirements, rules, and regulations.
Must be flexible to work various work schedules driven by customer demands.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work on DX comfort and process cooling/heating equipment up to 50 tons.
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done correctly the first time.

Automated Logic is looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team!
About This Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be essential in providing leadership of the ALC Sales Team. This person will lead a team of outside & inside sales professionals, oversee sales activities and ensuring short to medium term objectives and goals for teams are met. Develops outside sales plans in support of the discipline and influences leadership on critical outside sales strategies. Leads new business development efforts through direct interaction with clients and consultant partners.
We are looking for someone who is a self-motivated people leader that can successfully build best in class culture and drive a team to exceed set yearly sales expectations in a fast-paced environment. You are responsible for hiring, promoting, rewarding, and offboarding members of your team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze the market to achieve profitability, growth, and market penetration.
Increase business opportunities within accounts, generate a high level of activity, and manage opportunities from sales cycle to close.
Establish and maintain personal long-term customer relationships to influence opportunities.
Execute growth strategies for the sales team consistent with the overall business strategy.
Sets aggressive individual and team goals consistent with the branch business plan by utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Establish and drive account management consistent with strategic branch direction.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and lead the office with the highest business ethics.
Leads business development activities for strategic prospects to support the business strategy defined by executive leadership.
Acts as a primary / supplementary contact with highly visible and/or strategic prospects, develops a professional relationship with the purpose of understanding and meeting the customer needs and within the bounds of contracted scope.
Identifies bid opportunities, reviews final bid responses with team, negotiates with potential large/complex customers and builds and maintains customer relationships to win projects.
Guides team to write proposals, presents new business proposals for large/strategic prospects, negotiate value, addresses resistance in order to develop business.
Leads team development and achievement of all sales goals - financial, strategic, cultural.
Monitors and manages sales bookings through the use of CRM tools and KPIs
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
4+ Years of Sales or Management Experience.
2+ Years of Building Automation System or HVAC Experience
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Expert in Sales, HVAC, Building Automation, and/or controls knowledge.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and drive usage within team members.
Previous leadership experience and ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations to potential customers.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Experience analyzing market and company data to build business strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft 360 applications.

Job Description:
Reporting to and under the general direction and training of their Supervisor, the HVAC Testing Technician plays a crucial role in performing all aspects of job responsibilities in a safe, satisfactory, and timely manner to meet scheduled deadlines. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a keen ability to learn. The primary role involves field commissioning of units and/or systems, conducting owner FAT demonstrations off-site, and traveling for startup, FAT, commissioning, warranty service, and repair. The HVAC Testing Technician will also actively participate in the testing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute all phases of work, coordinating with other disciplines/departments, to start and test units and systems, ensuring trouble-free reliable operation.
Conduct pre-startup work, including reviewing design engineering drawings, bill of materials, various checklists, and loading PLC or VFD programs.
Check and document the integrity of all components and their installation before connecting power and energizing each unit.
Document and perform various checks upon energizing equipment, including motor rotational check, belt and alignment checks, refrigerant charge optimization, and control sequences of operation.
Proactively identify and resolve errors, omissions, and deficiencies before Quality Control and/or field commissioning processes.
Provide technical assistance to operators and owners regarding the installation, startup, and operation of Factory HVAC systems.
Assist in training other technicians and staff when applicable.
Prepare records and reports describing procedures, actions taken, and recommended solutions.
Submit requests for supplies and equipment.
Respond to emergency warranty service repair requests.
Enforce sound safety and housekeeping practices, following safety rules/procedures.
Review safety procedures before beginning each job with known hazards.
Establish good relationships and credibility with customers.
Manage time, priorities, and expenses effectively.
Drive and safely maintain an assigned Company vehicle, and travel to the site as assigned.
Special Skills:
Ability to work safely with live rotating equipment and high voltage up to 600 volts.
Familiarity with Class 1 Div 2 standards and work practices regarding HVAC systems (preferred).
Knowledge of Industrial Plant work practices regarding Safety, LOTO, work permitting, etc. (preferred).
Physical fitness for activities associated with the job, including occasional lifting and moving up to 65 pounds individually and greater weights with assistance, bending, stretching, stooping, climbing, and other physical acts.
Overnight and extended travel required.
Certification Required:
EPA Certification.
Texas HVAC Technician Registration.
TWIC preferred.
Basic Plus preferred.
Work Experience Required :
Five plus years in the HVAC Industry.
Commercial or Industrial HVAC experience.
Knowledge of controls.
Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams for troubleshooting and identifying errors and omissions.
Above-average control and refrigeration circuit troubleshooting ability.

Job Description:
Electrical engineers are responsible for designing and preparing technical electrical drawings and Bill of Materials.
Responsible for the design and layout of custom equipment and field installed projects. They will be required to select components and materials needed to meet customer specific project requirements. The ability to communicate overall project concepts, layouts and component designs via complete drawing packages and submittal book data is the primary responsibility of engineering staff personnel.
Preferred Background
Applicants should have experience in/with the following;
Knowledge in all disciplines of the HVAC and/or Manufacturing industry
Designing electrical power circuits
Designing electrical control circuits (AC and DC)
Knowledge of the design of and construction practices of manufactured and engineered products and services such as;

Education and Experience
Must be proficient in the following software packages
AutoDesk AutoCAD
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Knowledge in NEC
Knowledge with hazardous locations and its requirements
Knowledge in IEC / ATEX is a plus
BSME or BSEE required
Registered Engineer in the State of Texas
Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical codes for hazardous areas and NFPA 496 systems
Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience in HVAC industry
