We are looking to hire a Lead HVAC Service Technician to support our growing commercial and industrial HVAC Service activities who meet the following criteria. Fifteen (15) years minimum overall HVAC experience. Five (5) years of experience in a heavy commercial or industrial setting. Advanced diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills. Chiller experience is desired. Job Summary: The Lead HVAC Service Technician will work in and help to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. The Lead Technician will mentor other service technicians, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HVAC team. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support our growing HVAC Service activities. We operate primarily in the general Houston metro area and occassionally to the surrounding areas of Conroe, Baytown, Freeport, Galveston, and Bay City. The HVAC systems that you will service include RTU's, package units, split systems, mini-splits, wall-mounts, and other common HVAC or refrigeration systems primarily at commercial and some industrial settings. Having chiller experience would be a plus (is not required). You must possess troubleshooting and problem-solving skills as well as a solid understanding of the refrigeration cycle.
