They will take our updated 2024 brand guidelines and turn them into a living design system that shows up consistently across every touchpoint. They will support day-to-day marketing needs (content, social, events, OOH) while also pushing us into new digital formats and interactive experiences that make enterprise People Analytics feel modern, bold, and human. Key Responsibilities Brand & Visual Identity * Own and evolve One Model's visual identity across web, campaigns, social, events, sales collateral, and OOH. * Translate our 2024 brand guidelines into a practical design system, including typography, color, illustration, iconography, data visualization, and layout rules. * Build and maintain shared design libraries and templates (e.g., in Figma) that enable fast, on-brand execution across the marketing team. * Serve as the "keeper of the brand" by reviewing high-impact assets before launch and coaching teammates and vendors on brand usage.
