Pros are you can get really good at your job, but that's it.
No communication, Mexicans have free range to do whatever they want because most of the company are illegal's. There are people who get by with doing very little and they single out the ones who actually work. Management is threatening and irresponsible. No equipment is kept up with, only when it becomes a hazard and even then they drag their feet on buying new things because they are greedy.
How much free time we have because we have little to no work.
I feel as if there isn't real leadership here, nobody works as a team. The only one who tries to help is the supervisor.
Quit hiring Mexicans that hardly speak English or drug addicts that don't want to work.
I hardly had to prepare for the interview, they aren't the most professional with how they deal with hiring.
Compensation is very low or doesn't exist half the time.
I feel as if they could try harder.
