Daniel J. Crowley is a Raytheon Company vice president and president of Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS). Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), with 2012 sales of $24 billion and 68,000 employees worldwide, is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, security and civil markets throughout the world. He served as chief operating officer of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics supporting key tactical fighter and military transport programs as well as the Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works™) organization. Prior to that, Crowley was executive vice president and general manager of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program responsible for the design, development, and transition to production of the three fighter variants and logistics system. He served as president of Lockheed’s Simulation, Training and Support business; vice president of Business Development and Advanced Programs for Space and Strategic Missiles; deputy program manager for the Special Programs classified space line of business, and the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program for the Missile Defense Agency; vice president for Commercial Space Systems; and plant manager for the Atlas/Centaur launch vehicle factory. He also held management positions at the company’s Calabasas and Bethesda headquarters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He also received a master’s degree in management from Stanford University as a Sloan Fellow.

Lee J. Styslinger III (born 1961) is the chairman and chief executive officer of Altec, Inc. Altec designs, produces, and markets "for the electric and telecommunications industries" in around 100 countries. He serves on various boards and committees.

He has merged the companies into a single functioning organization and is now leading the company toward sustained growth. Prior to joining McClarin, Jerry was the President North & South America at Commercial Vehicle Group. At CVG, his Executive Director Leadership role focused on strategic planning and profit / loss as Division President of a $900M publicly traded supplier of commercial vehicle components. Scope of management responsibilities have included up to eight companies with $750M in sales and representing over 5700 employees. Tom Evans is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and is a Certified Concrete Technologist. He has been in the ready mix concrete business since 1980 and has a diversified background in sales and marketing, as well as concrete operations. Tom has served on the board of directors for the Mississippi Association of General Contractors, Mississippi AGC CompTrust Fund, the Mississippi Construction Education Fund, and as past president on the Mississippi Concrete Industries Association. Tom has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Delta Industries, Inc. since 1994 and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
