great salespeople
Besides the horrible manager in Ft. Myers everything is Archaic. The CRM is glitchy and Not user friendly. The website you can't find anything, to order Marketing materials and business cards is ridiculous. Everything is cumbersome and clunky.
Sales people were great, Management was the worst I've ever seen.
Manager in Ft. Myes admitted to me that he made fun of an employee to their face about sweating too much in meetings (rather than Supporting and Training James he chose to make fun of him). Manager is dishonest in the interviewing process and also intervenes or conceals what is really going on in Ft. Myers location to the owner.
Mike Goodman - excellent person and team-mate. Supportive, constructive criticism & praises were appropriate. Mike should be doing Manager/Field Trainer work as he trains people like I do.
