Associate Customer Accounting Advisors (ACAA) within the LeaseQuery organization are known as the subject matter experts in the field of lease accounting. Our CAA team are a versatile group who work to teach and assist accountants in accounting for their leases within our robust tool. Team members are tasked with managing client questions that are submitted to our support team. The CAA representative must be able to evaluate client requests, research and interpret accounting guidance, clearly explain findings to our customer base. Members should be able to exercise professional communication, they should have the desire for continued growth, and be able to think critically to in applying their accounting knowledge. CAAs are presented opportunities to grow their skill set through public speaking, knowledge enhancement, and participation in the publishing of blogs and articles. Through performance and ability to demonstrate knowledge growth there is opportunity for progression through the tier system (Associate->Intermediate->Senior)
