* Process and manage Digital Solutions customer orders via phone, fax, and EDI from order creation to customer invoicing.
* This includes order entry, stock location, EDI management and delivery note creation.
* Process customer requests for return goods.
* Handle all inbound Digital Solutions customer calls.
* Be the first line of contact on the Digital Solution customer care hot line.
* Answer customer questions or get more complex answers from the appropriate Digital Solutions teammate.
* Ensure a speedy turnaround on all customer questions during the same day when possible.
