THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in the automotive aftermarket industry. The Counter Sales Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, and driving sales at our counter. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists customers in determining and selecting appropriate parts. Provides price quotes and other parts information.

Fills parts orders from stock.

Verifies will-call and back orders weekly and returns to vendors. Follows up on back orders.

Issues credits for returned parts after verifying purchase and pricing by reviewing original invoice.
Participates in annual physical inventory.
