Summary of Primary Functions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies.

Summary of Primary Functions

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing phone support to the members calling the call center. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing counsel to new and existing members, in regards to various credit union products and services, and performing assigned teller tasks associated with the processing of member transactions.
