As a member of the community leadership team, this person must have business experience to direct and manage the overall administrative activities: reception and secretarial, recordkeeping, and human resources at the community level to assure that proper administrative procedures are maintained. The office manager interacts with residents and their sponsors in financial matters as well.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Plan and coordinate a therapeutic program which meets spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of the resident
· Asses resident characteristics (i.e., stages, sex, ethnic background, prior lifestyles, cognitive and functional abilities) and, in conjunction with other departments, plans and organizes program content
· Monitor daily functioning of the neighborhood to ensure continuity of, and appropriate changes in the program
· Assist in developing, implementing, and conducting in service training and education of care to all staff regarding memory care programs/activities working alongside the Director of Nursing and Life Enrichment Director.
· Establish and maintain a sense of teamwork through effective communications, interaction, and team meetings. Develop and maintain cooperative relationships; inform and consult with staff regarding program and integrate with other services
· Participate in support groups at the direction of the Life Enrichment Director
· Assess the educational needs of staff regarding program and dementia-specific knowledge and works with the Life Enrichment Director to ensure appropriate education is provided
· Market the program through involvement in community organizations and participates in the local Alzheimer's and like associations
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with state regulations and community policy
· Work with management to develop and maintain written program objectives and procedures for implementation; method of evaluation
· Serve as a role model for staff regarding care of dementia resident
· In coordination with the nursing department and Director of Life Enrichment, perform a pre-admission assessment for each potential resident
· Assist with the resident's admission to ensure a smooth transition
· Assist with the adjustment of the resident and family to the community; contacts weekly for the first month post-admission
· Keep abreast of current research, new programs, and community resources which may benefit residents and families and makes referrals as appropriate to facilitate the resident's use of resources, and to promote the resident's increase level of social functioning
· Assist residents in the maintenance and adequate supply of personal clothing and other personal items
· Refer the resident/resident's sponsor internal and external services that are available to the Director of Life Enrichment
· Agree not to disclose assigned user ID code and password for accessing resident/facility information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Executive Director
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
·Must be an LPN
·Experience with Alzheimer's and other dementia individuals
· Two years of previous experience in programming: including but not limited to: POC (plan of care programs, scheduling staff, coordinating meeting with POAs and families, planning activities and working with dementia residents in an assisted living environment
· Background in nursing/ proving one on one care for seniors
· Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Develop working relationships with medical provider offices and coordinate with Provider Relations Specialist regarding provider updates or performance issues. Review, develop, and maintain Medical Customer Service Liaison desk level procedure manual, ensuring all processes remain current and effective.
Required Experience
What you will need (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor's degree
OR Associate's degree and one year of high level customer service or medical coding experience
OR High school diploma or GED and three years high level customer service work experience, or two years medical billing or coding experience, and excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills,
OR Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Job location: Initial training will be onsite in our Helena, Montana office and a hybrid presence ongoing. Our hybrid expectation is a minimum of one day per week in the building.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay range 1D: Starting salary for this non-exempt position begins at $36,600 - $45,700 per year.

The Self-Pay Collections Call Center Specialist is responsible for one of the lasting impressions a patient will have of Billings Clinic by providing exemplary customer service within the Patient Financial Services Call Center. The Self-Pay Collections Call Center Specialist will respond to a variety of questions from patients for both hospital and clinic services, providing assistance in resolving concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible, providing education both verbally and via mail in an effort to manage the patient and/or guarantor's expectations as a patient/customer of Billings Clinic as it relates to the self-pay billing and collection processes. The Self-Pay Collections Call Center Specialist is responsible for appropriate initial call outs and follow up calls until account balance is resolved. The Self-Pay Collections Call Center Specialist is responsible for supporting consumer requests, including processing one-time and reoccurring payments. They work to identify additional contact information. A majority of their time will be spent on the auto-dialer handling calls and account management.
Essential Job Functions
* Supports and models behaviors consistent with the mission and philosophy of Billings Clinic and department/service. Provides lasting impression of Billings Clinic Patient Financial Services Department to patients and family members. Focus on patient service is first and foremost. Empowered to initiate service recovery as appropriate.
* Answers multi-line phone system and responds to a variety of questions from patients, reconciliation of account balances and complaints regarding services received, provides assistance in resolving concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible, provides education both verbally and via mail in an effort to manage the patient and/or guarantor's expectations as a patient/customer of our facility as it relates to the patient self-pay balance and payment arrangements. Responsible for callbacks to patient/guarantor within one business day with resolution and/or status.
* Verifies and/or obtains all payments on self-pay balances following Billings Clinic Policies and Procedures.
* Interviews patients or family members regarding finances on past due accounts. Locates and telephones patients or guarantors and works with patients or guarantor to establish mutually payment arrangements. Inputs all collection activity to meet state and federal guidelines in patient notes on computer system.
* Responsible to ensure that all regulatory collection practices including FDCPA (Federal Debt Collection Practices Act) regulations as well as TCPA (Telephone Collections Practice Act) are followed and maintained within the Billings Clinic collection practices.
* Work in conjunction with insurance call center to ensure that claims have appropriate information on them for submission to insurance companies or agencies by reviewing errors and other prebilling insurance reports/worklists.
* Utilizes performance improvement principles to assess and improve quality.
* Identifies needs and sets goals for own growth and development; meets all mandatory organizational and departmental requirements.
* Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency environmental, employee or patient safety standards relevant to job performance.
