Requirements As part of the day-to-day operations, the associates will be expected to perform the following: Manage customer accounts for their end-to-end service activation. Informing customers about the process scheduling of appointments and service activation Effective and efficient use of all relevant systems to access information and provide relevant solutions for the customer Engage customers by utilizing effective questioning techniques to identify issues Time management and the ability to prioritize workloads to meet targets Meet all productivity and quality performance measures related to the role To be successful you will have: Proven experience working in a fast-paced call center or customer service environments Customer-centric and should be committed to improving customer experience. Possess effective problem-solving skills and have the ability to deliver timely resolution. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, Field Technicians, and Personnel from other parts of the business. Analytical and technical skills (e.g. database, telecommunication systems), technically appropriate communication skills, clear understanding of all processes/work instructions, and an understanding of network and products specific to the role Excellent listening skills, being able to listen effectively and understand customers' issues.
