What you will be doing:
You simply make outbound calls to families who have inquired about a mini-vacation to 1 of 5 locations. During your conversation with the customer, you will do some fact-finding and then offer and sell a vacation package to those potential customers based on their needs!

Essential Duties and Tasks:
Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests. Assist guests with questions about the vacation properties, packages, and procedures. Determine eligibility of Capital guests per qualification standards. Participate in ongoing professional sales training.
Qualifications:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide a positive in-person customer experience in a prompt and professional manner related to the customers' needs and questions. Perform direct customer support for all customers consistent with Mediacom's policies and procedures.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interact with customers in person to answer customer inquiries and solve problems regarding billing, services, and products.
• Utilize appropriate sales and retention guidelines to properly process customer requests to add or disconnect services.
• Troubleshoot basic service issues and schedule on site service calls when necessary.
