Key Responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact: create and reply to emails and answer phone calls.
Directly communicate with customers
Provide support to customers for product related inquiries
Review and process work orders troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies received from customers.
Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers and drivers
Actively engage in continuous improvement programs
Process and respond to customer inquiries, deductions, requirements, complaints and other needs in the most expeditious and courteous manner.
Manage workflow by assisting with the coordination of warehouse duties, including managing inventory, creating
packaging slips and reports and fulfilling customers orders.

Summary/Objective
Serves as the customer liaison to bridge customers with account managers, supply, and logistics. Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) for PVA (Jiffy Lube), helps build loyalty and increase sales by allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive services. The CSA is a Lube Technician that is also responsible for creating a positive guest experience, which they can achieve by acting as the customer liaison and main point of contact throughout their visit!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests.
Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training.
Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction.
Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with meeting the needs of youth/young adults served by DHR by facilitating their ability to live independently, obtaining employment, achieve their educational goals, and/or function in the community more effectively
Complete strength-based needs assessments, including the CANS, and effectively implement written service plans based on the assessments to meet individualized goals and objectives.
Promote the involvement of youth/young adults, parents and other natural/community allies. Arrange, broker and provide necessary supports and services.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all goals are being achieved.
To ensure that services provided are meaningful, respectful and promote self-determination.
Participate in the development of crisis and backup support plans for each youth/young adult.
Serve as liaison between the youth/young adult, their family members and various service providers to ensure community of care, including information for the electronic medical record, such as Releases of Information, demographic data, initial paperwork, financial information, etc.
To work alongside families/care givers in providing information and supporting them emotionally and practically, provide psycho-education and co-lead Multi-family groups
Develop and maintain adequately detailed and accurate documentation of services provided by the care coordinator and record these services in the electronic medical record.
Provide transportation when necessary.
Provide accurate information, both orally and written, for daily, weekly and monthly reports/meetings as stipulated by program demands.
Perform other duties as a NOVA team member as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts/Science, preferably in a human service field.
Enjoy working with youth/young adults.
Valid Alabama driver's license and a suitable automobile to permit the required travel. Must show car insurance equal to or more than the State of Alabama standards for automobile insurance coverage.
Must become certified as a Care Coordinator (adults and children) by completing DMH-approved trainings.
Must understand and endorse a recovery-oriented approach to providing services.

We are seeking a Customer Service Installation Technician who will be responsible for safely constructing all types of liquid and/or gaseous UHP Electronic grade cryogenic supply systems. The Technician must professionally interact with project managers, planners, sales, customers, contractors, engineers, and inspectors regarding construction at the customer's site.
Overnight travel is often required. Installation Technician hours are 8 - 12-hour days. The technician travels 75% of the time on average but is usually home on the weekends.
Responsibilities:
Must be an organized self-starter with the ability to proactively plan their daily work schedule.
Must be a team player that is able to effectively communicate with installation planner regarding resources and schedule changes.
The candidate is expected to be competent in the following core skills:
Read prints and schematics
Understand materials of construction and general system layout
Pipefitting
UHP Orbital Welding Application
Brazing piping

Cryogenics and/or refrigeration experience
Understanding of various UHP Electronic Grade system components (regulators, valves, solenoids, pressure relief devices, etc.)
The company will train the candidate at our National Training Center located in East Chicago, IN with class sessions usually lasting a week in duration.

Training classes are at the collegiate level and are designed to develop competence in the following topics\: Bulk Atmospheric Gas (BAG) Systems, Hydrogen systems, CO2 systems, high pressure pumping systems, electrical AC/DC, 600 Volt Level 1 and 2, pipe joining, technical cleaning, and NITC/ medical install certification.
