You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations. How you will contribute: · You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team. · You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results. · You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. · You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures. · You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays. Customer Retention Manager/Assistant Manager - Manages the Customer Accounts Department, which is responsible for the renewal payment process. Responsible for achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages. Market and Growth Manager - Manage the sales and marketing function in an Arona Home Essentials store. Major emphasis on telephone and floor sales, direct marketing, new customer growth, local social media reach, customer service program and store merchandising. Market and Growth Associate - Responsible for maintaining administrative organization, customer files, and processing customer transactions. Major emphasis on in-store sales, telephone sales, direct marketing, new customer growth and renewal payment processing in the store. Plays key role in the upkeep of the showroom floor as per the first up system. Customer Retention Associate - Assisting the Customer Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal. Delivery Specialist - This position is responsible for merchandise handling such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating. Reviewing a lease agreement is also occasionally required.
