Complete calls and updates dispatch screens
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
Responsible for generating, interpreting and printing various assigned reports.
Assists with Service billing as needed.
Performs duties that are not listed on the job description but assigned by the Service Manager and Office Manager.
Flexibility to work overtime as .
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
4 or more years of HVAC customer service or HVAC dispatching/estimating experience.
Communicates effectively using appropriate interpersonal skills in person and on the phone.
Read and understand written instructions. Maintains records and prints legibly.
Steady employment history and no unexplained gaps of employment.
Outstanding team player, customer service skills and attendance.
Energetic, adaptable, self-motivated, and excellent organizational skills.
Excellent integrity, attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent Leadership, spoken and written communication skills.
