**Compensation**
A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Welcome and point in the right direction each individual arriving or leaving the FBO with courteous demeaner, and offer help with luggage and anything else as needed.
Help by ordering and handing catering orders for passengers; setting up eating table areas, cleaning dishes; organizing eating and snack areas; coffee, refreshments, etc.
Spot clean surfaces, floors, etc. as needed.
Handle baggage while assisting passengers arriving or departing, only in areas that are not the tarmac.
Pay attention to details during training and be able to perform responsibilities.
Other Qualifications:
· Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
· Preferred experience in airport baggage handling.
· Preferred experience in Hospitality Services and / or High Level of CustomerService / Concierge.
· Preferred experience in directing lobby traffic and directing parking lot traffic to help customers/passengers to part properly, directing with courtesy at all times.

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Expert to provide exceptional technical support to our customers.
As a Product Expert at Omni, you will use your knowledge of SQL, data analytics, and the Omni product to help customers solve data problems, learn best practices, and navigate the platform. You will be both the face of Omni, and the voice of the customer internally. You will provide personal attention and advocate for customers' needs while serving as their first line of help.

You will:
Become a deep expert in the Omni product & best practices

In depth knowledge of WorldTracer (W/T) to include creating, amending, and closing AHL, DPR, OHD files
Performs daily proactive/reactive communication with passengers
Clear expedited and left behind baggage through US Customs and sets up local and FedEx deliveries
Maintain inventory of OHD baggage
Register lost and found items in W/T, maintain documentation and follow-up with passengers
Sweep the bagroom and the departure pier daily to action the left behind or late receive interline baggage
Send W/T forwarding messages for all bags that are being expedited from the port
Respond timely to emails, telexes, and phone calls
