Job Overview:
The Client Services Specialist supports the regional sales team by managing client interactions, coordinating enrollments, and handling administrative responsibilities. This role involves preparing reports, presentations, marketing materials, and correspondence to assist the New Mexico sales team and regional manager. In addition, the specialist may occasionally promote, explain, and facilitate insurance products and related administrative services. Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with marketing, outreach, and client engagement activities.
Prepare communications, including emails, memos, presentations, and reports.

Collaborate with internal departments and clients on billing, bill reconciliation, and payroll reporting.
Maintain and update client information in the CRM and benefits systems.
Occasionally promote and administer insurance and administrative service offerings.

Required Qualifications:
Valid Group One Life and Health License, or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Previous experience as a role player for federal training programs is highly desired.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Possess excellent verbal and written English skills, and knowledge of one or more target languages, including the ability to listen and interpret messages correctly.
Capable of performing their assigned work, including moving distances up to 3 kilometers (KM) over uneven ground and remaining standing for extended periods of time order to support training.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in scenario and during OE set-up/tear down and carry all associated equipment props in support of the training environment.
Perform mission-related duties in a manner that ensures mission success within safety constraints.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE DO?
Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day activity and development of 15-25 representatives within a complex call center environment. The Customer Service Supervisor I position is responsible for ensuring call quality from start to finish, and pro-actively seeks ways to improve the internal processes and sales results program wide. Customer Service Supervisor II conduct regular business meetings with representatives to complete performance reviews and coaching to ensure maximum quality and production of direct reports. Customer Service Sales Supervisor I work closely with the Operations Manager, ensuring the overall adherence to corporate policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of 15-25 front-line agents handling inbound calls.
Coach team members on customer service best practices and performance improvement.
Monitor KPIs and drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams including QA, Training, IT, and Recruiting.
Manage scheduling, payroll submissions, and workforce planning.
Support hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert on client-specific processes and expectations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years of call center experience or 1 year in a supervisory role.
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with call center tools and performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs).
Ability to manage conflict, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in military, local, state, or federal government environments.
Degree from an accredited two- or four-year college or university.
Experience managing both remote and on-site teams.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
