This is a skilled position that focuses on providing customerservice through processing customer transactions, cash handling, and may involve the preparation of food. Work is reviewed through employee observation, facility inspection written and oral reports.

Take inventory of supplies and equipment to maintain stock at required operational level; receive and account for all merchandise handled at the facility; reconcile delivery documents with orders received and forward documents for processing.
Maintain accurate sales and cash receipts records; record all transactions in ledger, prepare and maintain revenue reports, inventory reports and incident reports as necessary.
Stock and collect revenues from vending machines.
Clean and maintain concession facility and equipment; maintain safety and security of facility and equipment.
Answer phone inquiries and give information to the public accurately and courteously.
Greets visitors; provides information to customers.
Maintains order and discipline at the facility entrance and/or gift or pro shop.
May perform clerical duties as position requires.
Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Operate a concession facility by preparing and providing patrons with supplies, refreshments, confectionery items requested and customer receipts.
Prepare food and equipment for daily concession operations.
Clean and maintain concession facility and equipment; maintain safety and security of facility and equipment.
Receive, organize and stock food inventory daily.
Answer phone inquiries and give information to the public accurately and courteously; for golf course: may assist the public in booking tee times.
Fills containers with condiments and beverages, makes popcorn, and prepares both hot and cold food items.
Upon assignment, unstacks beach chairs, set-up, clean pads, pick up debris, change trash cans, check restrooms for cleanliness, stack and secure chairs.
Upon assignment, operates beach equipment rental facility.
Upon assignment, unlocks cart barn, ball dispenser, and turn the lights on at the golf course.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
* While performing the duties of this job, team member is regularly required to stand, walk, and demonstrate high-mobility for a majority of the shift.
* Will also regularly: speak and listen to internal and external customer directions or orders in an atmosphere of varying background noise; transit across surfaces that may alternate between carpeted and hard surfaces; walk through slippery surfaces and/or sloping floors or stairs; use hands to finger, handle or feel small objects such paper or cloth; and reach with hands and arms overhead and from side to side.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception. Will often transit between brightly lit and dimly lit areas, including flashing lights and computer or TV screens.
* Position requires bending, lifting and carrying supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds, will be required to use, push and pull wheeled hand-carts or other equipment weighing in excess of 100 lbs.
* Will regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and twist at the waist. May occasionally be exposed to bodily fluids, pet or service animals, and strong odors.
* Will regularly be exposed to tobacco and other second hand smoke.
* May occasionally use de-escalation techniques to resolve customer conflict.
* Will be required to assist in customer evacuation in case of emergency.

Job Description
Deposita, an Allied Universal Company, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative. The Customer Experience Representative is a part of a dynamic, customer focused team and plays a pivotal role in providing the highest quality customer experience to our customers.
Must be able to attend in-person training in Jupiter, Florida for at least 45 days
Remote Work possible after successfully completing 45 days in office training (Jupiter, Florida) and meeting required metrics with occassional in office meetings/trainings.
Intial Training will be in Jupiter, Florida
Starting Rate at $17.00 per hour, with increased rate for bilingual FRENCH (CANADIAN) and/or Spanish speaking representatives of $18.00 per hour
IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE A MIMIMUM OF 2 YEAR TECHNICAL CUSTOMERSERVICE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IN A B2B ENVIORNMENT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance toward to resolution
Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy
Create cases for all calls and emails received, enter the history of the problem, all steps taken, and subsequent resolution if resolved at the Help Desk or escalate to appropriate next level
Willingness and Ability to be cross trained in other areas of the department
Consistently demonstrate effective personal performance that positively impacts the departmental performance metrics are met through effective personal work performance
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a Technical CustomerService Call Center
Stable work history must demonstrate each of the following:
Strong understanding of customerservice and customer relations
Highly motivation and strong desire to learn
Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making
Familiarity with creating cases and case numbers and escalations to Senior team members, departments, and vendors using CRM and other systems
Effective written and oral communication skills
Able to assess and evaluate situations effectively
Skilled in identifying critical issues quickly and accurately
Able to write informatively, clearly, and accurately
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Experience in a technical support role, or other technical experience
Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of software/hardware troubleshooting
Experience in Service Now and TalkDesk
Experience in retail cash offices
