Customer Service Support
•Conduct daily opening and closing office procedures

Finance Support
•Performs a variety of fiscal support duties related to accounts payable, purchase orders, accounts receivable, and/or department specific technical accounting duties, including posting, balancing, adjusting, reconciling, and maintaining manual and computerized account and financial records according to established policies and procedures.
•Assist with compilation of supporting information for the annual audit.
•Assists departments and employees by providing answers and information regarding specific information, discrepancies, general accounting procedures, and/or department specific issues and problems; research issues regarding transactions; and updates related files and departments on action items.
•Accurate and timely review and presentation of job cost (projects) detail for billing to supervisors/project managers.
•Receive vendor inquiries via telephone, fax, mail, or email and resolves any issues, problems or requests.
•Coordinates the Cal Card Visa program. Verifies statements for proper coding. Follows up with card holders in instances of incomplete statement backup. Opens and closes credit card accounts as required.
•Scanning/filing of Accounts Payables (invoices and checks), Miscellaneous Accounts Receivable and Payroll in a timely manner, including archival of prior year files utilizing current Agency imaging software.
•Receipt deposits in the Bank Reconciliation Module of Springbrook.
•Adheres to and enforces safety policies and procedures.
