Cashier Responsibilities:

Physical Demands:

About the Position:
As a CustomerServices Specialist, you will serve as a primary contact point for customers using the library. Performs additional duties as assigned including serving on task forces, committees, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
Ability to express self effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Knowledge of Internet and database services.
Ability to operate library technology including personal computer, email, software programs (i.e. Windows/Microsoft Office) and other job-related equipment and systems.

What you will be doing:
Interacts with customers by phone, email, or in person and receives orders or changes in service.
Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Processes and inputs all customer orders and receipts. Runs stock reports to check for product availability.
Generates all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special requests, and posts inventory records.
