JOB PURPOSE: The Call Center Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to assigned lists of patients to facilitate patient engagement and service utilization. The representative will provide information, assist patients in selecting primary care providers, and ensure the accuracy of patient records. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and patient interaction.
