Summary
Provides technical support to department personnel in processing personal lines insurance policies. Such serving will include verbal and written communication internally with staff and externally with current clients and other office support activities.
50% Client/Policy Services
Provides daily support to Client Advisors and personal line accounts. Completing applications for new business policies and renewals.
Sending applications to companies. Checks all lines of personal insurance for accuracy and rates for new and renewal business.
Updating computer records; issues invoices for agency bill policies.
Updating the computer upon receipt of policies. Using various company websites (quoting, MVRs, etc.)
